It is a large enterprise specially manufacturing communication and broadcasting products, and also the largest backbone enterprise in the electronics industry of Zhejiang Province. Its total assets is RMB400 million and annual sales volume of one billion.

Its backbone is Syber Brand color TV set, more than 1 million of which can be produced every year. Besides, this factory also manufactures color monitors, multimedia display terminals, network TV sets, DVD players and satellite digital receivers, etc. There are more than 100 technical engineers in its research institute, which is equipped with such signal equipment as PAL, NTSC and SECAN imported from US, Japan or Holland. In 1997, this factory successfully passed the ISO9001 certification.
