1. A Client requests a certain product manufactured in China through e-Business International - www.chinesesource.com.
2. e-Business International/www.chinesesource.com confirms that they have the manufactures that can make the requested products and ask for detailed specifications from the user (in 24 hours) for the price quote.
3. The Client provides detailed specifications (the more details the better). These information include:

    
1. Blueprint(s) (Engineering drawing(s), drawing(s) for the art…)
       
2. Material request/specification (Example: 314 Stainless steel, PVC, color code…)
       
3. Tooling (Depends on volume, a molding, casting, or forging process maybe required. Manufactures can usually finish in 4 days of tooling preparation)
       
4. Special treatment of the products
       
5. Packaging (Instruction books, packaging method…)
       
6. Quantity (Volume, of course larger volume means lower price, consider container load if possible)
       
7. Shipment (Depends on cities, if custom declaration included, Express Mail takes 5-10 days, 7-12 days by air, and 21-25 days by surface)
       
8. Delivery schedule (in a month, every quarter…)
       
9. Requirements to the factory (ISO9000 certificates, CE mark, or any other certificates, number of people, process control… More requirements may mean higher prices)
       
10. Quality control and inspection requirements
        
11. Application of the products (this will help the manufacture better understand their job requirements)

12. Samples (It is strongly recommended the client send a prototype of required products. e-Business International and manufactures can even measure out product dimensions from the sample if you do not have a engineering drawing). Please use airfreight forwarding for this process. It may takes 7-14 days for this action.

4. More than 3 manufactures will provide price quote of required products (in 2 business days!). The client can then pick whom he wishes to use.
5. The Client makes a decision and confirms to e-Business International, the selected manufacturer that he wants to start the process (e-Business International will provide all necessary third party information for assisting the clients decision).
6. The selected manufacturer will then start tooling, and make a prototype for the client.
7. The manufacturer ships the built prototype and blueprint to the client.
8. The Client inspects the prototype and makes any necessary corrections.
9. The Client approves the blueprint for the prototype.
10. A Client signs a purchase order/contract with the selected manufacturer/or trading company/or e-Business International, Inc.

Contents in the contract will include:     a. Payment terms based on previous discussions     b. Quantity of product ordered     c. Delivery schedule     d. Shipping method     e. Engineering specification(s)

11. The selected manufacturer will then build the products according to the contract.
